Syed Abdul Salam is a highly skilled Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Over the course of his career, he has successfully completed 70+ projects, including residential homes, commercial buildings, farmhouses, and premium villas across the Arutla Hills and beyond.
Among all his creations, Morvia Farmstay remains closest to his heart.

Built with dedication, precision, and a deep love for nature, this farmstay reflects his vision from the ground up. He was present on-site every single day—guiding the team, solving challenges personally, and even working alongside the craftsmen until every detail felt just right.

One of his most thoughtful ideas is the farm’s beautiful 40-feet natural elevation. From the entrance gate to the top sit-out area, Morvia rises gradually, offering guests a refreshing journey through different levels—each with its own unique view and experience of the hills.

Morvia Farmstay began with a dream — a dream to create a peaceful escape in the lap of nature where guests could experience something truly different from the ordinary city stay. When this land was first chosen, it was completely hilly, untouched, and naturally beautiful. The surroundings were filled with greenery, open skies, and the graceful presence of peacocks — but building here was far from easy.

Construction on the hills was a challenge at every step. The uneven terrain, steep slopes, and natural elevations demanded patience, planning, and passion. Yet the vision was clear — not to flatten the land, but to celebrate it. Instead of changing nature, the goal was to build with it and create an out-of-the-box environment that would stand apart from typical flat-land farmhouses.
